Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is the simple but powerful practice of observation without judgment.

Life often pulls us in many directions at once. We try to do it all, fit everywhere, and meet everyone’s expectations—yet underneath, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Much of this comes from patterns we don’t even realize we’re repeating, guided by many judgments and “shoulds” that keep us on autopilot.

As a mindfulness coach, I help you slow down, notice these patterns, and gently release them. When we begin to see our thoughts and experiences without labeling them as “good” or “bad,” we create space for truth, clarity, and ease.

Together, we’ll look at the stories and perceptions that have shaped your life, and we’ll practice tools to quiet the inner noise, soften self-criticism, and return to your authentic self. Step by step, you’ll learn how to move through life with more presence—making choices rooted in awareness, not old habits.

How it Works?

Step 1: Free Intro Call
We begin with a 30-minute call to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if mindfulness coaching feels right for you.

Step 2: Choose Your Package
You can commit to a 6- or 13-week journey, with weekly sessions that give you space to build consistent practice and real change. Packages are paid upfront, with payment plans available.

Step 3: Weekly Sessions
Each session lasts about an hour and includes a mindful check-in, guided practices, and tools to integrate into your daily life. Between sessions, you’ll have simple exercises to support your growth.

Step 4: Integration & Growth
Over time, you’ll learn how to quiet the racing mind, soften old patterns, and move through life with more presence, clarity, and joy.

6-Week Package

A supportive start to your mindfulness journey. Six weekly sessions to help you pause, reset, and begin to notice the patterns shaping your daily life. You’ll learn simple tools to quiet the mind and bring more presence into each day.

13-Week Package

In my experience, thirteen weeks is the sweet spot for initiating change. Over three months, we work together weekly to move beyond old habits, soften judgment, and build a sustainable mindfulness practice. This journey gives you the time, space, and support to create lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world.
