Creativity is an energy that, when awakened and directed, becomes a force. Each of us possesses this energy, which even has its own place in the body. The question is whether this energy is free or locked due to various life circumstances and internal blocks that prevent us from expressing our full creative potential.
The path to unlocking creative energy is a process of returning to oneself – a process of connecting with your essence and releasing the innate creativity that awaits to be awakened. Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools in this process because they enable deep connection with the body and mind, freeing up space for creative impulses that are often hidden within us.
As someone who has been researching and teaching creativity since 2007, through academic work and holistic practices, I have the willingness, experience, and courage to lead you on a wonderful journey of discovering your creative power. On this journey, we will not only unlock creativity but also find new habits that enable you to live a more fulfilled, purposeful, and joyful life.

1. Where and when are the workshops held?
The workshops take place at the sunlit Dome Space yoga studio, on Cara Uroša Street in Dorćol, downtown Belgrade. They are held twice a month, on Saturdays at 12 noon.
2. How long do the workshops last?
Each workshop lasts 90 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes allocated for entering and leaving the studio. You can arrive about ten minutes early to change and settle in. After 90 minutes of work, you will have time to leave the space without any rush.
3. What techniques are used in the workshops?
I use various tools and techniques of yoga and breathing that bring you back into your body, as well as the technique of guided journal writing as one of the key mindfulness methods. These techniques foster a connection between the body and mind and allow for a deeper understanding of oneself.
4. What can I expect during the workshops?
The workshops are designed to be safe and comfortable, where deep emotional reactions are unlocked and growth and transformation processes are initiated. As a trauma-informed instructor and astrologer with over 20 years of experience working with people, I strive to create a space where you can safely explore your inner state.
5. Who are the workshops for?
The workshops are intended for anyone who wants to connect with their body and mind, discover deeper layers of their personality, and enhance their ability to self-reflect.
6. How much do the workshops cost?
The price of one workshop is 2,600 RSD ($26), while a package of two workshops can be purchased for 4,400 RSD ($44).
7. Are all workshops the same?
Although I use the same tools (yoga, breathing, guided journal writing), each workshop is different and explores a new theme. The workshops are created as a continuous process of development, which means you can start at any time. Returning to the workshops echoes the process of returning to oneself, meaning that continuous participation deeply supports your personal development and facilitates the process of self-discovery.
